Hong Kong Islamic Youth Association (HKIYA) and Rainlily is jointly organizing a “Peer Counsellor Training Program for Women”.
The Programme will focus on empowering Ethnic Minority Women in providing help to those in need in the community when faced with sexual violence, assault or harassment.
Training dates: FRIDAYS 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm
17th & 24th April
8th, 22nd & 29th May
5th , 12th & 19th June.
(Please note that there will be no class on 15th May )
Fee: $500
(A fee of $300 to be refundable upon completion of a minimum of 6 sessions)
Maximum Participants: 10 persons
Location: 4th floor Classroom, Masjid Ammar & O.R.S Centre, 40 Oi Kwan Road, Wanchai.
Requirements:-
English Speaking and Writing Skills
Education Level – Form 5 or Above
Willing to Share and support and able to communicate.
