Sunni Muslim extremist group Islamic State (IS) thick haze covers the territory, the photo taken by suspected IS supporters surprised a lot of people. Recently, a devout believer of Islam had established an interest group and was distributing the "Letter of Peace", which is written in both Chinese and English, in different places of Hong Kong. It is hoped that the misunderstanding on Islam of the society can be clarified after reading the letter. The director said, IS acts contrary to the teachings of Islam completely, if there really are IS supporters appeared in Hong Kong, "the first thing we will do is to deny them!" Adeel Malik pointed out that many Muslims were shocked by the recent reports on IS, some of them even being looked in a different way by the others because of their religion or how they dressed. In order to eliminate these misconceptions, he decided to distribute the "Letter of Peace" which is printed in both Chinese and English in different places, so that the public can understand the differences between Islam and IS. More then 20 different Islamic groups in Hong Kong are supporting. The letter pointed out that Islam against improper violence, IS completely violate the teachings of Islam, hope that everyone not to judge the religion by the actions of a few, Islam want to continue the peaceful coexistence with people in Hong Kong. Malik said that in addition to handing out leaflets, various activities will be held in the future, "for example, to explain the real meaning of the flag used by IS, it is not IS-specific, it has existed for a very long time in Islam, we are very upset because of that."
