The Elementary Islamic Course organized by Dawah Committee of Kowloon Masjid commenced smoothly and successfully last Saturday, 23rd October 2010. 125 enrollments were registered through the internet and 40 were enrolled in person on that day. The course was scheduled to start from 2:30p.m. and registration commenced from 1:45p.m.
Participants were free to join the English Group or Cantonese Group. Among the participants, 30 joined the English Group. The English and the Chinese Group were conducted in the conference room and the Community Hall on ground floor respectively. The topic of the first session was “Introduction to Islam”. The speaker of the English Group was Br. Diallo Mohamed Ali and that of the Chinese Group was Br. Yusuf Yu.
